Certiclean® class 10 nitrile cleanroom gloves are ambidextrous, powder-free gloves with beaded cuffs for strength and reduction of cuff roll down. The 30.5cm (12") length and tapered cuff provide more coverage over the garment sleeve. Nitrile is superior in strength and puncture resistance compared to other glove compounds. Film thickness designed for comfort and tactile sensitivity.

Uncompromising manufacturing processes yield consistently low particle counts. Proprietary nitrile, silicone-free formulation, and specialized manufacturing processes result in consistently low levels of ionic extractables and nonvolatile residue (NVR) transfer. In-use static dissipative properties superior to natural rubber latex.

VWR™ Class 100 nitrile powder-free gloves provide reliable, durable, and comfortable hand protection during demanding cleanroom applications.

Manufactured from a synthetic copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and methylacrylic acid (components that comply with FDA CFR 21). High tensile strength and strong permeation resistance against a wide variety of solvents, acids, and bases. Non-staining, non-smudging gloves reduce the risk of contamination to parts or components being handled by the user, even during prolonged wear.

Static-dissipative to inhibit harmful static discharge. Silicone-free material minimizes ionic contaminants and nonvolatile residue (NVR) transfer. AQL level of 1.5 for pinholes.

Strong, puncture-resistant construction. Film thickness designed for comfort and tactile sensitivity. Gloves are 6.3 mil thick at fingers and 5.1 mil thick at palms. Gloves are 25.4 cm (10") long.

Double-bagged in sealed polyethylene cleanroom bags, and each carton is double-walled. IPA-resistant ink is used on bag and carton labels.
