Polypropylene is the preferred material for non-hazardous work environments where a cost effective disposable garment is needed. Lightweight and breathable, Fabric is made of 100% spun-bound filament ("polypropylene"). This fabric offers cool, comfortable protection. The material will not flare, but will melt if exposed to direct heat or flame. This versatile material is converted into aprons, bouffant caps, lab coats, and isolation gowns.

Three-Layer Fabric
Advantage Pro garments are made of a three-layer (spunbond, meltblown, spunbond) material that is ideal for many situations where dry particulate barrier and repellency are needed. This fabric provides an excellent barrier against water based liquids and is resistant to light chemical splash. Worker comfort is greatly increased because it's lightweight, soft and breathable. It offers improved strength, splash and particulate resistance against many workplace hazards.

Advantage Plus offers protection in general purpose industrial applications. The fabric will not let water-based liquids penetrate. Lightweight yet durable, this fabric is ideal for medical, laboratory, food manufacturing, light industrial, cleanroom, and similar industries where a low particulate barrier garment is necessary. By lightly coating polypropylene with a layer of polyethylene, the material has a reduced particle release and protects from water based liquids and certain chemicals. This unique fabric is available in the form of isolation gowns, lab coats, aprons, and sleeves.

Microporus Film
Advantage MPC is a highly breathable microporus film bonded with a non-woven fabric. The barrier properties of this material make it idea choice for wet and dry situations where barrier and repellency are needed. This fabric provides excellent protection against non-toxic liquid, spray, dirt and dust. Worker comfort is greatly increased because it's strong, yet lightweight, and very soft. Advantage MPC apparel is perfect for hot environments, workers will remain cool and comfortable. Furthermore, it is treated with an anti-static agent. When a durable, breathable garment is needed.

Polyethylene material is lightweight yet durable, it is ideal for food manufacturing, food handling, light industrial, and similar industries where splash protection is necessary. This thin, polymer material is an economical way to keep clothing clean and protected from water based liquids and certain chemicals. Furthermore, polyethylene is inherently anti-static with a maximum static decay of 0.5 seconds. Garments made of polyethylene material comply with FDA guidelines for food handling.
